Today, the fishing industry is growing rapidly and consumer demands are changing accordingly. Therefore, companies need to constantly develop and grow in order to achieve a leading position in the industry and meet the demands of customers.

In this regard, Mercan Marine Ltd. Ltd. We established our fish production farm in Yamula Dam in Kayseri's Emmiler Orman Village in 2012. Our company, which received the necessary permissions from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, started trout production with a capacity of 500 tons.

Since the day we were founded, our company has acted with the principle of continuous growth and development. Together with our expert personnel and technical team, we increase our capacity in our production farm in Yamula Dam and produce up to 2000 tons of trout and Turkish salmon annually.
In addition, in 2021, we established our new farm in Gaziantep Karkamış Dam Lake and started production with an annual capacity of 500 tons to offer fresh and frozen Turkish salmon to our customers for 12 months.

In 2022, we increased our investments and launched the fish processing and packaging facility in Kayseri Mimarsinan Organized Industrial Zone. In this facility, in addition to Turkish salmon that we clean and process fresh or frozen, smoked salmon and trout, cleaned fresh trout, frozen raw trout and products in line with customer demands are processed and packaged to meet the needs of both our domestic and international customers.

We have started our work to obtain all international certificates such as ASC, Globalgap, BRC, IFS in our production farms and fish processing facility. We would also like to point out that after completing the audit processes, we will share our certificates with you on our website as soon as possible.
